While Emma Stone may be an A-list celebrity, that doesn’t stop us from dreaming about being part of her group of friends. Hilarious, charming and oh so sassy, this 25-year-old actress never fails to make us feel like we’re hanging out with her.

Emma first jumped on our radar as Jonah Hill’s crush in Superbad. Then with supporting roles in movies such as The House Bunny and Zombieland, she FINALLY got her big break in Easy A. In the film, she played a girl who pretends to be the high school slut in order to increase her social and financial standing. Since then, she has starred in a number of hit movies such as Crazy, Stupid, LoveThe Help and in the superhero franchise The Amazing Spider-Man as Peter Parker’s first love interest, the brainy Gwen Stacy. She has since become a Hollywood mainstay, but it’s her quirkiness and fun sense of humour (as seen in interviews) that REALLY seals the deal for us about her.

Always down for a silly dare, participate in lip-sync offs and even fangirl over the Spice Girls, what makes us love Emma is the fact that she’s so relatable. So in awe of her good spirits and vivacious personality, here are 10 charming moments from Emma Stone.

When she killed this lip-sync battle

What’s great about Emma is the fact that she’s always down to get a little silly. She was absolute perfection when it came to her lip-sync battle performance on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon. She started off slow with Blues Traveler’s “Hook” (a great warm-up song), and later brought the house down with a rendition of “All I Do Is Win” by DJ Khaled. AWESOME!

When she had the time of her life doing Ellen DeGeneres’ Dance Dare

While we may not see Emma on Dancing With The Stars any time soon, she certainly danced her hardest when Ellen DeGeneres challenged her to a Dance Dare. As she danced behind unsuspecting individuals around the studio, we were extremely impressed by exuberance. In fact, what’s particularly inspiring is the fact that she managed to dance so energetically without the help of music. You rock, Emma!

When she sang her boyfriend Andrew Garfield praises

Emma and her boyfriend Andrew Garfield are just the sweetest. Having watched their chemistry unfold onscreen in The Amazing Spider-Man, we can’t help but ship their relationship until the end of time.

With that said, Emma and Andrew are equally adorable off the screen because they often sing each other’s praises. When Andrew said that Emma always gives “a shot of sunshine” to every person she works with, she followed up with something equally adorable as she called her beau “one of the greatest actors we have a live today” and said that she loves him “very much.” AWW!

When she was interviewed by this adorable eight-year-old

With all the bland and repetitive questions that are often asked during press tours, eight-year-old Miller Piercy’s interview with Emma was an absolute breath of fresh air. Miller asked Emma questions like “Are you good at math and science in real life?” and “Is there another character in the movie that you’d like to play?,” and ended it with an fun game of “The Gummy Bear Taste Test.” Adorable!

When she annoyed Colin Firth by live texting him the plot of Bridget Jones’s Diary

One of the many reasons why Emma is our imaginary bestie is because she would be the kind of person who watches a Colin Firth rom-com only to live-text plot updates to the actor himself.

“I’ve seen Love Actually (another one of Firth’s movie) about 18 times. I’ve seen Bridget Jones too many times now,” she said during an interview with The Daily Beast and her Magic in the Moonlight co-star, Colin Firth.

“You were so upset with me! I live-texted Colin the plot of Bridget Jones: The Edge of Reason a few months back while I was watching it. You were very upset with me, if I remember correctly. I talked him through what he was doing.”

“Thank you. She’s talking through my back catalog via text!” he replied. “I might decide to not revisit stuff in the past, and then you get a good friend saying, “Oh, when you were doing this you had this and that expression on your face.”

“That was a misfire… in that moment,” she explained. “But it was all complimentary!”

AHH! Emma, you can live text us movie updates any time! No, really. You can.

When she was brought to tears by Mel B…

Emma Stone is SUCH a big fan of the Spice Girls that she was brought to tears when Mel B had a few words for her via video message. To the common man, it may seem a little over-the-top. But as Spice Girls fans ourselves, we can totally relate.

When Mel C Facetimed with her…

First Mel B, and now Mel C?! It must really pay to be a fangirl! Sporty Spice gave Emma a call during an interview and she challenged the actress to take part in a sing-off with radio host Kat Shoob. And yes, Emma TOTALLY killed it!

When she showed her remarkable talent of forging all of the Spice Girls’ signatures…

Fangirling can get a bit out of hand. From waiting hours outside of hotel rooms and chasing tour buses, Emma took her love for the Spice Girls to the next level when she proved to Jimmy Kimmel that she can forge all five members’ signatures, right down to the special X’s.

Personally, we’re a little creeped out. But like they say, “Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery.”

Then when Graham Norton did this horrible thing to her…

As you may have already realized, Emma is a BIG, BIG, BIG fan of the Spice Girls. After all, she’s already cried over Mel B AND knows how to forge all of their signatures (a bit creepy, but we’ll let it slide).

Stopping by The Graham Norton Show to promote The Amazing Spider-Man 2, host Norton had a surprise for Stone. However, it doesn’t quite go the way she expected and he ends up toying with Emma’s emotions BIG TIME.

And when she sang along to “Pocket Full of Sunshine”

Who could forget Emma’s most iconic film moment (so far)? In her breakout role Easy A, her character Olive Penderghast NAILS it when it comes to spending the whole weekend at home alone. We too have spontaneous sing-alongs to Natasha Bedingfield’s “Pocket Full Of Sunshine.” We also should’ve known she would kill The Tonight Show‘s lip-sync battle..
